I am eager to find something related to my field of study. I am about to graduate with my bachelor's in psychology next year, and I am looking for an opportunity to gain some hands-on experience. I am a very quick learner and will be a very reliable employee.
I have two years of experience working for a summer camp as a lead. Which one from that job, I learned how to do a lot of group work and how to collaborate on doing activities. I also work with some kids who have special needs. I was trained by my boss on how to help them if needed and how to look after them. I was promoted to lead in my second year with the program. Which consisted of me setting up the week for my kids I had for the summer, also making sure my other coworker knew what we were doing, and showing them stuff we needed to do. I was also in charge of the paperwork for the field trips and medical papers, as well case someone got hurt or something major happened.
I am also CPR certified through the Wood Dale Park District.
I also have three years of experience in Retail work. Which has helped me develop my customer service skills. I know how to communicate with people very well when an issue comes up.
