Giving care for 2 patients who are suffering from Parkinson and depression (76 years old woman) and COPD (78years old men) in the same family.

I do all daily works like help them to do their daily living activities, cleaning, cooking, shopping and others

• To help to the patients for improve their ability to do day to day activity independently
• To give nursing care for the bed ridden and wheelchaired patients
• Medication and to do investigations
• To guide the patient for getting aids from social institutions
• Avoiding from the anxiety and depression

• Primary care for medical and surgical emergencies
• Give the Nursing care as the priority
• Observe and do the investigations
• Counselling the patients and give health education for the patient and family members

• Assisting for routing and emergency surgeries
• Observing patients until recovering
• Maintaining the sterility
• Counselling patients about the surgical procedure and help them to face without fear and anxiety
