  • In charge of making sure the company has the best infrastructure in order to provide the most accurate, fastest and reliable monitoring and analysis.
  • Providing services mainly to 4 Data analysts. Design and create data pipeline with Airflow, using multiple sources (mysql, event logs, internal and external APIs) in order to load data to our Trino (aka Presto) DB, as UI over AWS , using Iceberg connector, in addition using Spark in case of large amount of data.
  • Data Pipelines - The DE is accountable for the company’s production and DWH tables. The business logic should be done in sync with the BAs, while the DE makes sure the Job is deployed properly.
  • Monitoring - The DE is responsible for monitoring the companies data entities. creating test and alerts using Great Expectations framework.
  • as DE i am responsible for providing the data team (DA) the tools in order improve their technical skills.
