    - Appointed to a committee to develop a tool book employees could use to recognize and address error-likely situations. This tool book was published and used as a resource for the prevention of incidents and accidents. Since the implementation of the tool book as an in-hand document for all craft employees there has been a significant reduction in at risk behaviors and adverse events. The tool book is still used across the Exelon Enterprise.

    - I developed a web-based application used to assign tickets and track hours and locations of Technicians during storm activities. I also developed training materials; including training videos and job aids, and I delivered the training to Technicians, Field Engineers, and Damage Inspectors. The application is still used today.
