At Wright Accounting, my main duties were doing 30 plus business’s bank reconciliations, responding to emails, answering phone calls, fulfilling client requests, and assisting my bosses with any tasks they needed completed. Every month, I needed to meet the deadlines for each business for sales tax, payroll tax, and wage reports, while every 3 months I would assist with completing business quarterlies. Since I was the main employee working with clients, I had to be sure to communicate clearly and positively with not only them, but my managers too. I followed all procedures to ensure client information was always kept secure and private. Experience using excel, word, sheets, docs, quickbooks, phone and email communication.
