• Contract Negotiation & Preparation Tool (CNPT) - developed web-based contract application tool to sign end-customers belonging to large-scale Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO); allowed Medication Delivery Field Sales Business Operations to compare existing / new pricing levels, track existing sales volumes and generate reports and end-customer contracts to be signed. We implemented 14 different contracts into this system leading to savings of 15k hours and over $1.1 million.
• Designed and developed a Global R&D Project Request subsite on SharePoint, streamlining project idea submissions, approval workflows, and status tracking, which enhanced operational efficiency and visibility.

Develop and support systems for the sales and marketing groups within the Medication Delivery division.

* Developed web-based system to analyze sales data by product type and time period, enabling detailed drill-down reporting and recognition with an "Impact" award.

* Developed incentive compensation plans across business units that were used by over 250 payees using the proprietary formula language developed by Incentive Systems.

• Columbia / HCA Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) - lead developer of a 2-tier client/server application using OMINS7, a 4GL, cross-platform tool. This first-of-its-kind system in the industry, married external industry data (SMG) with Columbia's members (hospitals, surgery centers) and documented over $9 million in savings per year for a multi-year contract worth over $900 million. This Baxter Quality Award winning system was featured within InfoWorld magazine (May 13, 1996; P. 76).
• Developed system to cross-reference competitor products with Baxter offerings, improving competitive analysis capabilities. - Developed system to allow business operations to "match" Baxter sets and solutions products to like-competitor products.
• Mentored junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards and project methodologies.
• Conducted system testing and debugging to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
