• Coaching leaders on effective performance management, talent management, organizational design and improvement.
• Drafting and implementing policy changes and standards to help drive business efficiencies and outcomes.

• Partnered with Engineering leaders on all recruiting and headcount needs, specifically within machine learning and software engineering.
• Sourced and screened candidates using LinkedIn, Hired and Dice.
• Managed the full-lifecycle of the recruiting process and drove hiring decisions in debrief meetings with leaders.
• Collaborated with department leaders to support organizational goals, product launches, new engineering initiatives and objectives.

• Supported the full-lifecycle of the recruiting process within the IT organization.
• Managed 40+ requisitions at one time, while hitting hiring goals and targets.
• Worked closely with Human Resources Business Partner on attrition and headcount planning within the IT organization.
• Managed H&R Block's IT summer intern program through project management, campus partnerships and relationships with IT leadership.
• Served as a mentor for H&R Block's Young Professionals ERG and drove communications for the Women's Network program.
