Kassandra Mora

In 2022, I created a Pilates club at my middle school, Prescott Elementary. I encouraged a welcoming and inclusive environment so that students can step outside their comfort zones and try something new. By focusing on building a supportive community where these students felt comfortable challenging themselves, which increased participation and positive feedback. Through this experience, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to be patient, to motivate, and to encourage others. I am excited to bring my passion for teamwork and community building to a customer-facing role, where I can contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere.
