Before having the customer come in I would ensure I had a sales plan written down to ensure I provide the best customer service and also benefit the customers in their needs. Worked as a team with my branch to ensure our branch would hit our goal by going over sales plans with colleagues. Trained new coming employees and ensure them to feel comfortable in asking me any questions regarding the job.

• I would optimize check out process, provided customer service -answered any questions and gave beauty advice to customers, greeted customers when they came in and offered assistance to ensure great customer service, and updated inventory when needed. Our sales also came by selling credit cards at checkout I informed the customers about the benefits and the 20% off purchase if they were to apply for the credit card.

• I would take residents orders from the dining room and bring the order to them from the kitchen. After residents left the dining room, I was responsible for cleaning up and sanitizing my section. Once I was done cleaning, side jobs were enforced to prepare the dining room area for the following day, like refilling the sweeteners and the creamers, cleaning up the coffee pots, changing the menus, or washing the dishes.
