• Manage and evaluate financial performance for over 80 contracts across 30 airports in the Central Region, providing essential support to station managers on billing, financial software's, contracts, and new service implementations
• Create and present comprehensive monthly forecasts of financial outcomes using OneStream and Excel, incorporating variables such as contract rate adjustments, flight schedules, and emerging trends to align forecasts with corporate objectives and budgets
• Review and validate sales orders before customer billing, ensuring accuracy in flight data and necessary documentation while conducting monthly revenue and expense analyses for consistent reporting to upper management during business reviews

• Collaborate closely with the CFO to maintain accuracy of more than 70 contracts at ORD, analyze monthly financial reports, and develop monthly forecasts, and budget for the upcoming fiscal year
• Review and approve daily invoices from vendors, advancing prompt payment processes to ensure financial efficiency
• Assist in collecting data for retroactive billing to customers in response to rate increases, while securing the accuracy of sales orders through verification of flight data and service counts

• Calculated cash tax rates, accounting for trends, over a 10-year range of 27 countries
• Created comprehensive Excel reports, utilizing Tableau, with actual and forecasted cash tax and effective tax rate data
• Interpreted and analyzed REIT Asset Tests from 2012-2022, built dashboard to reflect findings, communicated and presented findings to upper management
• Attended weekly meetings with manager and colleagues regarding project statuses and next steps
