As a recent graduate that majored in Secondary Education in mathematics I am pursuing a career as a math teacher. As we know math is a subject that many students tend to dislike and it is a big reason why I pursued a career in education. As someone who struggled with math early on I understand how that affects a students relationship with math. If I can make the students feel confident in their math then I know im doing something right.
