Projects

Automatized 4 Bar Mechanism
Designed and built an MDF prototype of a four-bar linkage mechanism intended to mimic the extension motion of a robotic arm for EV charging port access. Used MATLAB to model linkage motion and optimize geometric parameters to meet reach and motion constraints.

Engineering Intern – Cupp Golf
As an engineering intern with Cupp Golf, I worked on a collaborative team focused on improving an existing prototype of a wearable golf swing training device. Using SolidWorks, I helped redesign components to enhance fit, usability, and overall performance. The role emphasized strong team communication, where we regularly shared design updates, testing feedback, and improvement ideas.

Formula SAE Electric Vehicle Battery Team
I worked on the thermal simulation team to evaluate battery pack configurations and cooling system designs for an FSAE electric vehicle. Using GT-Suite, I developed and ran simulations to model heat generation and dissipation within the battery system, including the implementation of a cooling plate. I compared multiple design configurations to determine the most thermally efficient and feasible battery package, and communicated my results to other teams to support design optimization and overall system performance.
