In summer 2023, I was a cabin staff

• I was in charge of a cabin and ten 1-1 pairs between someone without a disability and someone with a disability
• I was in charge of cabin activities, leading small groups for my cabin, and creating a fun and positive environment for my volunteers and campers

In summer 2024, I was the barnstorm lead

• This position I was in charge of 6 staff and about 60 middle schools every week
• I would run daily activities, but also the cleaning around the entire camp
• This position also required me to talk to group leaders and problem solve different situations

Currently/ Summer of 2025, I will be a cabin supervisor

• I will be supervising cabins consisting of two staff, and ten 1-1 pairs between individuals with and without a disability.
• I will be MANDT certified, in order to provide behavior deescalation for campers when needed.
• I also plan and lead small groups for staff.
• I am in charge of calling parents and discussing behavior plans and management techniques for our campers.

• I am in charge of calling parents of students who haven't been to class in ten days or more
• Doing wellness checks on those families
• I also call new potential clients and get them started with classes
• I make about 30 calls a week
• I bring in about 1-2 new families (clients) each week.

• Running classes for students from ages 4-80
• Manage classes anywhere from 1-25 students at a time
• Training up future instructors and modeling what being an instructor looks like
• Training up newer instructors and guiding them as they start out

• Run before and after school activities with kids
• Interact and join in games/activities with kids
• Apply first aid when needed
• Manage behaviors when needed
• Keeping track of and managing 20-60 kids at a time

• Leading a team of middle and highschools during weekday rehearsals and Sunday night services
• Organizing service plans, and planning each week's worship set for student and college ministries
