My primary role with this position was the manufacturing of different sauces for meat products. This included but was not limited to: Gravy, BBQ, Marinara, etc. In addition to this, the role required necessary skills in documentation to aid in quality control. Lastly, the role included working well in a team setting, to provide support and guidance.
Processed documentation for shipping and receiving. In addition to this, I assisted the team members with loading and unloading of products. Conducted regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize losses.
Primary role was manufacturing cooking solutions and aided in injecting the solution into the meat products. Once the solution was implemented, I assisted in the tumbling process to enhance mixing and tenderization of the final product.
