I started off at this company in injection molding, first 3 months worked as a machine operator normally had about 2-3 machines a shift, every 2 hours I had to do counts to keep track of how much material was made.
Eventually my supervisor put me as an assistant shift lead whenever he or his shift lead were off I had to come earlier to make the schedule on Microsoft, check what machines were going to be up for the night, keep track of my workers were doing their job and making Attendance.
Then I moved to the assembly/production side because I wanted to continue growing, I began as a normal assembler then about January 2024 there was a spot available for line lead and I got recommended to be a line lead.
I had to check my orders make sure I had the right product in order to start my line, I had to make sure my material was in good shape such as logos, it didn’t have plastic, it was the right color, etc.
I also see how much people I had in my line (if I needed to short them out), keep track every hour of my material to make sure everything is correct.
Based on my work effort and attendance I enjoyed my job until March 1 2025, I had to move out of state for a family emergency.

Here I learned how to work with other people, always have a good attitude.
I had to do my closing, managing money and keep track of how much was made during my shift.
This job was really different but it taught me helpful things and how to handle things with other people, and how to be patient!
