In my previous project manager role, I led a dynamic service team of 60 direct reports. Our focus was to enhance operational excellence with complex projects across major accounts within AT&T Business Services

In this previous roll, I was able to implement my knowledge in Fiber Technology. I was responsible for overseeing all maintenance, installation, and repair of network facilities within an assigned demographic. I directly managed a team of 28 union-bargained technicians. Our priority was customer retention, and I was responsible for the performance of all direct reports.

My first roll with AT&T as a technician, I gained extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of comprehensive telecommunication services. My mail focus was delivering AT&T's integrated digital services to mass volume establishments.
