As the Shipping Clerk I am responsible for checking the drivers in, making sure we are shipping the correct orders, and preparing the paperwork for the next orders to be built. I process the trucks through the computer system once that load has shipped. I also answer the phones, print labels, and make sure my team members have everything they need to complete their daily tasks. I prepare our orders through Power 8, and adjust according to availability of products.

As Cashier I am responsible for taking care of the customer at the counter and drive thru. I help train other cashiers, stock shelves, clean, and make sure the store is ready for the next shift.

As a Claims Processor I was responsible for processing claims, entering information correctly, and researching for or calling providers to get information needed to finish the claim.

As a Cashier I was responsible for taking care of the customer, placing special orders, and taking payments on monthly accounts. As Office Manager I paid the monthly bills, sent invoices for charge accounts, and submitted payroll.
