These projects included project managing enterprise wide IT asset inventories, designing IT procurement solutions, and integrating and implementing best IT asset management processes and solutions to provide cost savings to clients. Project Management activities included managing globally dispersed teams, managing SDLC processes, managing costs, issue resolution, risk mitigation and implementation activities. I have also coordinated ITSM process development for large outsourcing engagements that incorporated ITIL v3 methodology.
