Worked my way up into a set up position learning all aspects of injection molding machine set ups and injection mold / tooling components form this position i moved to mold maintenance and tooling repair was trained on dissembling cleaning, polishing, texturing, ejector pin replacement. I after time moved back to the injection molding side of the company learning how to process, troubleshoot, start ups, new mold sampling on injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 300 tons Arburg, Fortune, Toyo, Newbury. After fully understanding the molding process i began to focus on maintenance being trained how to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electrical, pneumatic systems, tie bar replacement, pump and motor replacement and rebuilding. Learning 24v 120v 220v / 3 phase power testing troubleshooting and repairing, running conduit and pulling wire, piping for compressed air, cooling tower pump rebuilding, cooling system plumbing, set up maintenance and repair. I was giving the position of lead manager supporting all 3 shifts molding supervisors and maintenance techs.
