• I’ve expanded my skills in pick, pack, dock, and learning ambassador.
• I picked at a high rate while remaining safe in all pick paths.
• I picked every CPT that my problem solving team needed as a hot picker. In doing so I also learned Rodeo, FC research and ATLAS.
• I’ve set high standards as a PG by moving from 1-3 floors, filling and emptying out VRC’s, and providing multis pickers with needed batches and 'CHASED' for lost carts containing high dwells or CPT’s.
• As a member of the pack team I minimized missed CPT’s and increased multi’s team pack rates by rebinning all multis items needed on time.
• As a process assistant in pack tier 3, I guided my team of associates to have everything they needed to perform at the level that operations calculated by volume and rates.
• In a short amount of time in Non Inventory Receive Department I mastered new operational machines to unload trailers, keep track of and manually count inventory in order to supply multiple departments and managers with their packages. Keeping track of this inventory offers the support in order for operations to function with the box materials and labels.
• In this roll I was able to run IGQ2 myself while the only two other associates were out for a month span of time. I became fully reliable as I picked up extra shifts and made sure all work was completed in days shift and nights operations was not left without material.
• This time also benefited other associates as they were trained to be labor shared to my department to assist in material handling work, allowing me to train them and guide them correctly.

• My objective is to take apart hundreds of pallets and distribute recycled wood by measurement and type for the purpose of making new pallets while maintaining my work area organized to work safely.

As an employee to 3 Aztek Automotive locations in Chicago and Joliet I became my employers most trusted associate to make runs to warehouses , car dealerships and other shops picking up and ordering customers and mechanics auto parts. Once I returned to the workplace I took in inventory and helped maintain counts of items.
