JESSE LI

Junior at UIUC studying Computer Science + Economics mixed major (also minoring in Statistics and Math) who's enthusiastic about making a positive impact on society. In order to further my own understanding of concepts as I learn them, I explain or ponder how to explain them to other people in a concise way that allows them to clearly understand them. I have been doing this for many years by creating free YouTube videos that cover the entire content of AP courses in just one video. My videos have been watched by tens of thousands of students and received very positive interactions and many grateful comments. Doing this also allows me to quickly learn concepts and have a very solid understanding, as evident by my strong GPA and AP scores, including a perfect score on AP Microeconomics. I have been coding since elementary school, beginning with simple games and working up towards advanced algorithms, including regression, clustering, dynamic programming, graph search, and metagraphs. My key interests are big data and different areas of AI.
