At just 20 years old, I still have plenty of room for improvement. However, I thoroughly enjoy learning something new. I have a strong background in the field, and I would like to see growth within my skill set. Starting with my first job, as a custodian. I learned that keeping a tidy and clean space is within the top 3 MUST for a jobsite. At Woods, I was able to take my knowledge from my previous job and apply it here. Even as "summer help", I was quickly respected for my hard work and dedication. After highschool, I took my knowledge from my previous jobs and applied them at DRP. Keeping a well maintained workspace/truck and making sure my quality was the best it could be, were my top 2 priorities. This helped me to become a lead of my own crew at 19 years old.
