My Caterpillar background is 21 years of mechanical experience, may I add that I didn't have prior to my hire. In those years I have had a great experience learning, building, and respecting the quality Cat was built on. I've learned how to work well with others, being very cautious, safe, and basically making or assembling something I'm proud to send to our customers. In these years I have also learned how to use cranes of all sorts, numerous torque wrenches and air guns, read blueprints better (Prior AutoCad classes), navigate MES with ease, and trying to find safer, more effective ways to get the job done.
