• Due to the lack of Executive Director, I was promoted to Senior Program Director.
• Direct Supervisor to the Overnight Camp Director, Day Camp Director, Food Services Director, and Group Services Program Manager.

• Offered this position within the Association after job at YMCA Storer Camps was eliminated.
• Evaluated customer information to explore issues, develop potential solutions and maintain high-quality service.
• Maintained accurate and current customer account data with manual forms processing and digital information updates.
• Followed up with customers regularly via phone and email to obtain payments and schedule services.
• Fit Coach in our wellness center.
• Assisted the Sports Director in all of our youth sports programming which includes running Baseball, Basketball, and Football clinics and camps.
• Supervised our Fall and Winter Youth Basketball Leagues at the Eastern Community YMCA

• Often ran our Camp Store for groups.
• Assisted Housekeeping with the cleaning of lodges.
• Job furloughed and eliminated due to Covid-19 in May of 2020.

Acted as the main contact for all of our Rental and Weekend Groups. Supervised Staff that were hired to work with the weekend activities.
Taught Outdoor Education to school aged children during the week.
Helped facilitate low and high ropes initiatives.
Delivered mail to all campers and counselors during the summer.
Assigned night off to all staff during the week.
Distributed and went through cabin and parent letters that we mailed at the end of the summer.
Served on Leadership staff and helped out at various activities when needed.

• 2nd in charge to the Senior Program Director when it came to retreats and conferences.

• Ran week long and a 2 week long trip off a camp grounds in variousstates that included caving, kayaking, and overall sight seeing.
