➢ Perform all provider contracting and credentialing for several private carriers, Medicaid, DCFS/Foster Care, out of state DHS and Managed Care Organizations, along with review and negotiation of contract verbiage, fee schedules/reimbursement for all contractual agreements.

➢ Ensuring adherence to ethical processes in all delivery of services by adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines.

➢ Provide referrals and recommendations for appropriate services and treatment.

➢ Oversight of incoming court orders and maintain meticulous records of services and treatment to ensure provider guidelines/timelines are met.

➢ Work directly with and provide written communication and documentation to Judges, counsel of record, Guardian ad Litem, Probation, Illinois Department of Corrections, DCFS, and other referral sources.

➢ Compile detailed reports and evidence based research to support service plan & treatment recommendations.

➢ Provide expert witness testimony upon receipt of subpoena by a liaison of the court.

➢ Facilitate weekly group sessions for Partner Abuse Intervention Program.

➢ Specialized in private entity, Medicaid, Managed Care, and DCFS contract interpretation, negotiation, and execution. Successful in maintaining multiple contracts and provider credentialing with several entities for both professional and ancillary behavioral health services.

➢ Ensuring adherence to ethical processes to maximize reimbursement and maintain optimal position for all client services agency-wide including agency audits, post-payment reviews and follow-up.

➢ Assist clinicians in providing necessary documentation for authorization, continuity of care, and review for clinical appropriateness and medical necessity based on level of care guidelines and Medical Policy manuals.

➢ Maintain numerous regulatory and accreditation standards (COA & JCAHO) dealing with admissions/intake, state and federal compliance, quality assurance, finance, agency policies and procedures, as well as value and evidence-based outcomes.
