- Serve as lead point of contact for 23 middle through high school students who mentor performers with special needs in a 6 month musical theater program
- Facilitate training, conduct interviews with potential students, send weekly communications and address questions or concerns as related to the role of Peer Mentor
- Attend all weekly practices for production from September to February
- Assist Program Manager with tasks related to the mentors such as recruiting and spearheading the mentor matching process and addressing any issues related with Peer Mentors and mentees such as behavior management or support
