Jason Schacher

- Created and marketed "The Sports Locker" with the goal to get new and gently used sports equipment into the hands of kids that need it the most.

- Raised over $10,000 worth of equipment and monetary donations to support organization

- Partnered with North Chicago Community Partners to ensure equipment got to the kids and to run hands on soccer clinics

• Ensured swimmer safety by vigilantly monitoring pool area and enforcing rules
• Regularly engaged with members to ensure high level of satisfaction
• Responsible for opening and closing pool and thoroughly cleaning facilities throughout the day

• Supported Beacon Place with tutoring related support for kids K-12 throughout the summer
• Regularly interacted and spent time with kids from the Waukegan community during Summer Lunch Bunch (a program where kids come for a free meal and to hang out)
