- Lead and build scan test plan for all Scan modules from
pre silicon definition to HVM
- Train, mentor and Lead Scan PDE's, being a focal point
for all Scan activities at the domain
- Lead the TEs to PDEs interaction process
- Working closely with Quality & Reliability, System
validation, Yield, Sort and manufacturing Teams

definition, addressing coverage and test time goals
- Module Development, validation and submission into

- Debug ownership (module and content)
- Plist generation and content validation ownership
- All kinds of special excitements and Massive validation
exp. (shmoos) including full Data analysis, conclusions
and next steps if needed
- TTR (Test Time Reduction) road map definition for all

- Identifying opportunities for Test Time saving at Full TP
level
