my daily duties include taking phone and faxed orders from hospitals and doctors office, requesting information on orders and existing patient accounts for billing purposes. I also order inventory we need for our day to day operations. I help with logistics sending techs to patients homes. Set up patrons on some medical equipment, trouble shoot equipment issues, help with some billing issues transferring patients to correct departments . I was in the position of a clinical liason for a year until they did away with it in our area.
