I was also responsible for the daily operations open and close duties, payroll, spread sheets and profit and loss margins reports to present to the owners monthly. I was also the acting HR and Osha regulations comptroller. I am certified in Goodyears ride and drive specialist program ,run flat technology, Goodyear Racing division selling racing slicks and off road tires, suspension, and diagnostic certificates. I attended manager training, sales training and customer service training with Goodyear Certification Program yearly and won awards of top regional sales and 5 star customer service. I was on the road sales for the commercial division and was responsible for building accounts locally and within my region for national account fleet recruiting. I acted as the human resource officer handling injury claims, employee complaints, and workmen compensation claims.
