Accomplishments

    Was the lead officer in updating the Information Center of the police department. The Information Center is the first point of contact for citizens and other law enforcement officers. Also, the Information Center is the communications hub for the department. In updating the Information Center, I created a User Guide for officers and civilians, updated a Phone Resource Book, created an officers Resource Book, assisted in updating a Prisoner Log. I also created several manuals for officers to use while completing paperwork. Made several recommendations for updating department policies that were out of date.
