Senior Parts Operations Consultant in the ADSD Center of Excellence at Caterpillar Inc. I work with the Caterpillar dealers in the NE, SE, and Central US to ensure Safety, provide Cat and dealer Rep Development training as well as Snowflake data analysis, collaboration on Dealer Forward Planning, partner together to reduce avoidable emergency orders, reduce excess inventory, RCCA with Cat internal and dealer folks, in-person workshops about optimized inventory and timeliness, lead and participate in broader company projects to provide 'voice of dealer' input and experience.

• As a LCB (licensed customs broker) and CUSECO (Certified US Export Control Officer), I am the main go-to person for import issues, and ECCN requests, from our approximately 75 Caterpillar dealers in the Americas.
