8 years of experience in multiple processes throughout the plant including 2 years in ag service

Started out working in the elevator as summer help to learn Good manufacturing practices. Eventually i pursued my interests working for ADM. I started out in TVP as a utility batch maker, which involved learning how to make quality finished product for customers. I then moved up to the operator 1 position on the dry end. I worked on the line 3 auto-packer, it took maybe a week and a half to learn. I figured out how everything worked on my own with the short time i have been on the line. Working that line taught me tons of troubleshooting skills that i have been able to pass down for new hire operators on that line. I worked on the dry end for 3 years. Continued on and became a utility operator in Isoflavones, packaging and shipping out high quality soy products, which required learning more house keeping and cleanliness inside a high quality are. I practiced safe quality sanitation areas. Maintained consistent product quality by adhering to strict food safety.  Also ensured a safe and sanitary work environment by applying OSHA and company safety protocols. Operated various food processing equipment, including packaging machines and conveyor belts, with high degree of efficiency.
