  • Assisted management with the training of 5 new staff members at Hair Cuttery.

  • While I was at Hair Cuttery I was able to work anywhere from 20 hours to over 30 in a week. While being in high school full time and running a club and producing different shows.

Education and Training

Through my education classes at COD, I have learned so many different things about working with people. I have successfully used the skills I have learned in class to ensure clients have the best experience and that if there is any conflict, I have used my skills to resolve it. In the past I have been able to successfully use the skill taught to us in class on adults in stressful situations to ensure that the costumer is getting the best experience `and leaves with a positive outcome.
