• ALFA is a company for research and development of algorithms for automatic trading in digital markets. The company's activities include the independent development of technology products/tools for trading and development for customers according to their requirements. Among the company's products are arbitrage for crypto, intraday trading in pairs of stocks, trading in options on indices, and more

As CTO, I dealt with the following issues:

• Identifying new working methods in order to promote and improve the company's products, for example moving from scripts to automation, in order to optimize running times and allow for ongoing improvements in the future
• Self-learning of technological fields required for the company's activities, such as new languages and technologies of platforms
• Training and managing a team of developers while providing appropriate tools to perform their tasks
• Gaining practical experience in various topics/tools: SQL (SSMS, MariaDB, Mysql),
• Virtual-Environments (VPS, PortForwoarding, Virtualization, FW, OS's, WebHosting),
• Dev (Python, C#-.NET, Google cloud, Azure, MetaForDev, Containers),
• Brokers (Power/Easy Language, TradeStation, MQL, MetaTrader, TD Ameritrade, InteractiveBrokers, MultiCharts)

• Management of approximately 40 fundraising employees, including training, motivation, and monitoring compliance with goals
• Team alignment and scheduling of shifts "One-on-one" and group fundraising
