Becoming a football manager
My name is Iliya, I born in Ukraine, Yalta. Moved to Israel when I was 5 and since then I'm living here. Started as a football player from 8 years old and played until 15, when I stopped playing, immediately turned myself towards coaching and helping others in football. My first goal was to give others, what I didn't receive as a player. Help the player understand the game, give him motivation to success and improve him as a professional.
This change has affected a lot on me, my knowledge is improved a lot by this years of experience. And now at age 22, I can be proud of my process so far.
I'm very motivated to success and try to improve my career as much as I can, I'm hungry for information, more knowledge, more experience and continue my assistance to players. I'm looking to build a career on coaching and take this as my main job. Which means I have to make a move to different country and to leave my convenience area. This is my dream.
I'm speaking three languages, English, Russian and Hebrew. I can communicate with people and feel confident.
I have two certificates, UEFA B and A licenses. Aiming to complete more courses and add as much as I can to my resume.
During my years, I've learned how to work with players, I've gain a good reputation for helping players and resolving them problems.
Successfully won a championship with my U15 team, progressed well with my tactical ability and my winning mentality.
I'm very looking for a good team work, I believe it creates a better atmosphere and improves the quality of the project. Talented in adapting new programs, team techniques of work and ready to put everything for a success.
I'm a very diligent person, looking to work hard and put my name on a positive career, I have started from the bottom and now I'm assistant coach in the senior team, helping to lead the players to success in the league.
- Started as assistant coach of U21 team in 2015, worked more on statistical reports on players and extra trainings for players.
- After the first season, the club has sent me for UEFA B course and I've got my first team. Coached U13, plus worked with U8-U9 teams.
- Coached U16 in season 2018/2019.
- Coached U15 in season 2019/2020, and continued for another season with the same team, and now I'm coaching them as U16.
- After my third season in 2018, the club has decided to sent me to complete UEFA A course and gain another license.
- In current season, 2020/2021. I'm working as coach of U16 and assistant coach of the senior team.
- Successfully helped the club keep a big amount of players in the club in past 3 years, especially ages between 16 and 18 by motivating them and helping them in personal things.
- Worked together with teachers and psychologies to help improve the education of the players and improve their discipline not only in football.
- I'm helping other teams and players to film their games and make a proper report on themselves or use technology for a better editing and be more effectively.
- Joining Army is a must, so I was needed to join the army in 13th of March, 2017.
- During my serving, I completed everything and got a position near the home so I could continue with my football career.
- After three years, I've finished my serving at 13th of March, 2020.
