Secured acquisition of two portable batch plants to enhance on-site manufacturing capabilities.

Assisted in executing agricultural projects focused on large volume sow units for pig housing. Supported concrete supply for three projects during initial three years of employment. Contributed to delivery of 7500 to 10000 cubic yards of ready mixed concrete for these projects.

Assisted in the construction of a large sub-station in Ipava, IL, and the associated transmission line. Supported the operation of two on-site batch plants to maximize efficiency for high-volume concrete needs. Helped relocate batch plants multiple times to maintain project progress across 78 miles of transmission line spanning four counties in Illinois. Work was completed on this project in 2016.

Oversaw operations of two stationary concrete batch plants in Macomb and Beardstown, IL while executing additional responsibilities.

Achieved successful delivery of over 40,000 cubic yards of concrete for major river bridge project, maintaining quality with only one load rejected. Coordinated operations of portable batch plant in Meredosia, IL, ensuring timely supply for concurrent large sub-station project 30 miles away. Contributed to project completion over four years, supporting Halverson Construction's objectives.

Facilitated contract execution and negotiation with Black & Veatch to deliver over 40,000 cubic yards of concrete for Cardinal Point Wind Farm within a 70-day timeframe.

Executed contract facilitation and negotiation for a major wind farm project in Jacksonville, IL, on behalf of White Construction. The project demanded over 80,000 cubic yards of concrete in a 120 day time frame.

Facilitated concrete supply agreement with Mortenson Construction and Cemstone Concrete, ensuring delivery of over 45,000 cubic yards for Moraine Sand Wind Farm in Mason City, IL.

Managed concrete truck operations in Beardstown, IL. Elevated to plant manager after one year, driving improvements in annual volume and pricing strategies. Promoted to general manager, leading six ready mix plant locations across a hundred-mile radius within three years. Directed operational efficiencies and enhanced team performance across multiple sites.

Directed acquisition of three ready mix operations during 2006 and 2007. Guided existing staff and ownership through integration process. Supplied over 50,000 cubic yards of mix to Duck Creek Power Plant in Canton, IL.

Executed simultaneous supply of 40,000 cubic yards to Havana Power Station.
