As the Director of Campus Selection, my role is to assist the growth of the firm by recruiting, selecting, and onboarding local university student into our internship program. I work to build new and maintain current campus relationships and partnerships, coordinate and attend campus events, and track the activity of campus results. I generate leads from campus events, online sourcing, and district personnel. I conduct initial interviews with and select students that are the right fit the the Northwestern Mutual internship program. After selection, I onboard and prepare interns for a week-long training, and remain their point of contact throughout a 12 week internship development program.
