Airframe Structure Maintenance

-Performs Airbus A380-800 Wing rib boom,
Center spar mod,flap track-6 and flap track 3 and 4
mod.door rigging mod.
-Performs BOEING 777 Nitrogen generated system mod
- Interpret, reading engineering drawing
- Performs Structural Repair, Alterations and Corrosion prevention on aircraft in accordance with applicable aircraft specifications, repair manuals, engineering authorization and standard practices to return aircraft serviceability and Airworthiness conditions.
- Fabricate templates for structural members

-Performs A380-800 removal and installation of the electro-hydrostatic actuator at aileron and reaction rod.
-Removal and installation of fuel lines
-Removal and installation of the bleed air precooler-exchanger

-Removal and installation of the fixed fairing and Canoe fairing
-Removal and installation of access panel lower surface leading edge,trailing edge flaps,aileron and Access doors/panels,Engine 1234 pylon
-Removal and installation of Wing tip box, Mid Aileron,flaps and flap track
-Removal and installation of the wastetank main-deck
-Removal and installation of the waste inlet,rince nozzle,water separator and flow diverter -Performs Modification of waste line inlet
-Removal and installation of the ceiling panel,side panel and floor panel
( Aft and forward Cargo)
-Removal, installation and Modification of the hrdraulic lines at Engine-2
-Perfoms removal Engine driven pump(EDP),Variable Frequency Generator(VFG)

Airframe Structure Maintenance/Jr.mech

- Performs modification on aircraft structures in compliance with aircraft service bulletins and engineering orders.
- Work with print drawings, work orders, task cards, assembly pages, technical orders, manuals.

- Obtain all necessary hand tools that will be used pursuant to the assigned routine and non-routine work in accordance with approved checklist.
- Performs Structural Repair, Alterations and Corrosion prevention on aircraft in accordance with applicable aircraft specifications, repair manuals, engineering authorization and standard practices to return aircraft serviceability and airworthiness conditions.

- Provides control and preventive maintenance measures to all assigned company tools and equipment to ensure serviceability
