  • MGA Growth Strategy
  • Member of three-person team charged with examining Aon’s current footprint in the reinsurance brokerage market for MGA / MGU clients and presenting senior leadership with recommendations to create a more effective prospecting strategy.
  • Engaged with 100+ stakeholders in this space including cedents, reinsurers, brokers, underwriters, and analytics experts to better understand the needs of the market and build out a new Aon value proposition tailored specifically to these clients.
  • Reinsurance Brokerage and Placement
  • Worked directly on the reinsurance placement for two major Transaction Liability MGUs, including the placement of five distinct annual treaties.
  • Engaged directly with MGU product owners to develop marketing materials, create reinsurance placement narratives, collect, analyze, and prepare submission data, and present to markets.
  • Negotiated contract terms with reinsurers, facilitated final placement of programs, and managed recurring reporting / diligence activities (claims audits, bordereaux preparation, etc.) with carrier panel.
