Summary

Seeking a role at Zacks Investment Management to take over a portion of the Great Lakes Region. While the territory has seen modest growth in the previous six years, there is significant untapped potential. Currently, there are only five firms representing more than 4% of the revenue generated by the Great Lakes. Comparatively, the Southeast has eleven firms representing over 4% of revenue. There are seven firms that could see notable growth in the first year. Using my disciplined, proven method, I would increase the average monthly trades by focusing attention on those seven firms while servicing and growing established firms. Specifically, I plan to double or triple monthly meetings - both virtually and in-person. I will also improve our relationships with all firm Investment Consulting Group representatives by the end of Q1 2023.
