Experience in Retaining wall builds/ rebuilds

have built many retaining walls all over the qc. Some with permits where required and built to spec with engineered drawling or at minimum a design and 2d plan. At Topscape we understand the foundation and drainage as well as stabilization are some of the most important factors when it comes time to building any wall or patio.

We have built walls from inches tall to over 6ft in height titrated walls single walls straight walls curved walls we have worked with all manufacture of wall including but not limited to Vera lok, County material, Kings wall, Allen block, Dakota stone and many more.

Our process starts with demo or excavation followed by installing geo textural fabric to prevent settlement and consist of crushed compacted gravel in 3 inch lifts setting. Our 1st course with dead blow hammer and geo grid on first level and every 2-3 courses after that we generally build with pin systems to ensure longitivity we dig back at min 4 ft from the face of wall to leave room for clean rock socked pipe and geo grid as well as separation fabric to keep dirt from mixing into drainage zone and compacting as we backfill.
