- Pioneered a path to housing our own Group Medicare data within Teradata. Gives us the ability to run our own scripts and adhere to our stakeholders' request at a faster rate.
- Built multiple current standing processes from scratch
- Daily usage of the Salesforce application; personally in charge and lead the evolution of our Group Medicare App within Salesforce
- Leading Salesforce evolution includes meeting with leadership and internal/external stakeholders for the development of the app to constantly improve the application for end users
