• Responsible for hiring, training and managing a 20+ person team including front desk staff, valet/bellman and hostesses
• Collaborate with valet, housekeeping and front desk to handle guest experience from check-in through check-out, including reservations, dining, special requests, amenities, entertainment and transportation
• Handled all guest queries and disputes professionally and effectively
• Regularly assisted in every department including maintenance, housekeeping, food & beverage and special events/banquets
• Assisted as task force manager at other Charlestowne Hotels properties, providing on site assistance to improve efficiency and customer service
• Responsible for delivering a superior customer experience to all guests with a focus on special guests and VIPs

• Monitor PMS (Property Management System), including bookings, cancellations, and room assignments

• Responsible for providing repair and maintenance services to hundreds of cottage owners in Georgian Bay, Ontario.

• Responsible for generating sales of stainless steel banding and tools to distributors, electrical contractors and municipalities
• Responsible for order input and responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, complaints or product questions

• Responsibilities include data entry of customer information, sending out mailers to customers, delivering cars, helping salesmen search new/used car inventory for customers, general office help and retrieving cars from lot to show customers

• Responsible for carrying member/guests golf clubs and advising on yardage, pin placement and club selection
