In Highschool I took the initiative to take college classes provided from Kaskaskia College on top of my normal highschool classes. In college I was able to get my work done in a timely manner that my teachers asked me to assist near the end of the year instead of completing the class early. Right after college I was able to get a job in the field I went to school for and within 4 months of working at the job I passed the test for Lab engineer and was promoted. From that point on I have jumped at the chance to take classes while at this job and always sat in on lectures given by engineer.
