Gabrielle Balint

I am a rising junior at the University of Illinois, Chicago. I am a part of their Liberal Arts and Sciences program, majoring in Political Science and English on a pre-law track. At UIC, I am in their ROTC program, and prior to that, I joined the Army in 2023, where I completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill between my junior and senior years of high school and my Advanced Individual Training at Fort Gregg Adams before I started my freshman year. After I complete my undergraduate degree, I would like to attend law school and eventually become an attorney in the Army or on the civilian side. In my spare time, I love to read, listen to music, and spend time with friends and family. During this summer, I started working at a local golf course called Plum Creek in Carmel, Indiana, and I plan to continue during the school year when I have time to go home and during breaks.
