During my time at Nordstrom, I held several different roles. I began as a sales associate and was eventually promoted to an assistant department manager at the Oakbrook, full line store. While I was an assistant department manager, I was both the top sales manager and credit card account opener. I exceeded my sales goals, generating approximately $2.4M in revenue, and opening over 100 credit cards in a year. I took part in new store openings for our Rack division including the Old Orchard and Rosemont locations. I became an expert in clienteling and utilizing my client relationships to drive sales.
