• I implemented the new technique for prepare the soil and sowing the crops . I build a professional team : mechanics, tractors workers, and technicians, 40 people .

• I have manage all the operations and actievites for 10 000 ha .
• Avio and terester treatments to the crops.
• I worked with the highest level of agriculture technologieas for that period.
• I worked in the professional team with 25- 30 people .
