

I started in retail when I turned 16 at Cracker Barrel and learned the basics of customer service, including how to script items and sell them to people. I then got hired at Taco Bell later in the year and moved up to Shift Manager about 2 years later and learned how to manage people. I learned team building and people development skills. Dairy Queen then offered me to work for them after seeing me in action, where I was able to help them build a new team for a newly opened location.
