I am a seasoned customer care professional in the FinTech industry and have extensive experience in people management. In many cases I have been part of the team that builds programs and processes from the ground up. I am driven by providing excellent customer support and providing feedback internally to drive product innovation.


I have also served in office management roles in many previous workplaces. In many cases helped develop the office programs and benefits strategy from the ground up.


Prior to moving to Israel I worked as a PA for various VPs/CEOs in various fields.
